First Picture

There is nothing nicer than seeing your quilts being used and here are my two angels snoring away under one of my latest quilts. I've had this one on the go for about 2 years and this year I've made a promise to myself to complete all projects before starting a new one. However, in the words of Mary Poppins "Promises easily made and easily broken." I have just finished a baby quilt for Baby Abbie and I have to say its almost as beautiful as she is.

I think I need to work on my photography skills but I wanted to take a quick snap prior to giving it to her this morning. Its very fresh in real life. I'm very pleased with it.

Getting there

I am not sure if this is working and I am trying to get there but have had another technical failing and my camera has broke. Off for a new part on friday and then full steam ahead.

Where to start?

Hi, My name is Liz and I have a blog. I am very new to this and I am unsure of what I'm doing so please be patient. From nosying at other sites I get the feeling you have to put pictures of what you are up to, make a list of what you wish to finish, and write about thoughts and ideas that are bursting out of you that family and non-quilting friends wouldn't understand. I'm off now to take picture and collate plans and ideas. x
